Whistleblowing Channel

Under the terms of Law No. 93/2021, of 20 December, this company has an internal whistleblowing channel for reporting irregularities or infractions within the scope of its activity.

Anyone can submit a report anonymously, without the need for identification.

Complaints can be submitted through the following means:

Note: sending by email implies the identification of the sender. If you wish to remain anonymous, it is recommended to send it by postal letter without indicating the sender.

How the process works:

1. Receipt — The report is received and registered within 7 days.
2. Analysis — The communication is reviewed confidentially and impartially.
3. Response — If you have indicated a means of contact, you will be informed of the status of the case within a maximum period of 3 months.

Confidentiality
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. The identity of the whistleblower, if revealed, will not be disclosed without his express consent.

Complaints in bad faith, false or without foundation may have legal consequences for the author.
